An attractive, hardy, evergreen, perennial with tactile cushions of feathery, silver-grey foliage. Cotula hispida is ideal for borders, rock, and scree gardens or containers. It produces small yellow button-shape flowers on long stalks in summer.
Care: Cotula hispida is a low maintenance plant, and drought tolerant when established. In dry spells water once a week.
Habit: Mat-forming with prostrate stems.
Height x Spread: 10 cm x 30 cm.
Growing conditions: Very well-drained, sandy soil, in full sun. Tolerant of cold temperatures down to -12˚C.
